Key features & differences:
- upgraded FCS
- DVE-BS wind sensor
- some obr.1990 have the V-92S2 diesel engine (1,000 hp)
- improved commander’s cupola with a larger sight on some (commander?) versions
Visual Identification:
- The wind sensor on the obr. 1990 is a key visual differentiator, mounted at the rear-top of the turret. The obr. 1989 lacks this sensor.
